- 16 in. travel on the Z‑axis
We integrate Fusion 360 CAM software to optimize toolpaths, and ensure efficient, repeatable machining. This allows us to move quickly from blueprint to finished part.

Quality Inspection
CNCision uses calibrated tools and proven methods to ensure our precision machining.
From the time we receive material to the time our parts get to your door, they are being checked. Materials are checked when received to make sure no flaws occurred in the shipping or stock manufacturing process. Each Project gets an “operation Inspection” at the beginning of any/all setups that occur to complete the job. Spot inspections are done for higher quantity projects, meaning every 3-5 parts machined get fully inspected.
Our parts get checked once again to ensure all dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes meet the blueprint requirements as a “final inspection” before we ship them to you. We also offer inspection documentation upon request for each of our projects, giving you peace of mind and full traceability.
